Can you source from our drawings?
Yes. We can find a factory to work from your drawings and dimensions. The manufacturer confirms the process, materials, minimum quantity and price after reviewing the brief.
Can we get a sample first?
We check with the selected factory. Before a volume order, we agree sample cost, production and delivery timing, and which features need checking.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the factory, model and modifications. Standard and custom products may have different terms. Share your quantity and budget so we can check suitable options.
Are delivery and assembly included?
The quotation defines the scope. Delivery to the address, unloading, access and assembly are agreed separately for the specific site.
What do you need for an initial estimate?
The destination, furniture list and quantities, dimensions or floor plan, references, target budget and delivery date. If some details are missing, we can start with what you have.
