Common questions
What is the minimum quantity?
It depends on the product, availability of the base model and branding process. We check terms for your quantity before you commit.
Can we get a sample with our logo?
We will confirm sample production options, cost and timing. For some products, a standard sample and approved artwork may be sufficient initially.
Can you match our brand colour?
We give the manufacturer your colour reference and agree the achievable match. Material and process affect the result, so critical colours need a physical sample.
Can you combine different products into one set?
Yes. We agree the contents, packaging dimensions and packing arrangement, and check that all components can be ready for the shipment date.
